Assured Electrical Connections was founded by James 'Jim' and Amber Norton on a simple principle: do the work right, treat people fairly, and show up when you say you will. After nearly two decades of hands-on electrical work, Jim set out to build a company the Eastern Panhandle could count on — and Amber keeps everything running behind the scenes so customers always get a fast, friendly response.

We're a true family business. When you call Assured, you're not handed off to a call center or a rotating crew — you talk to the people whose name is on the truck. Jim is on site for every job, from the first walkthrough to the final test, and stands behind every connection we make.

From historic homes in Shepherdstown and Martinsburg to new construction in Falling Waters and Spring Mills, we've wired, upgraded, repaired, and rescued electrical systems across Berkeley and Jefferson Counties.
